Discrepancy in USD Transfer to USDc

I recently did a transfer to my Sorbet account, however the amount received dos not reasonably correspond to the amount sent, even after accounting for the applicable transaction fees. The difference exceeds what would be expected under normal conditions.

Please see attached screenshots with the amount sent from bank and the final amount deposited in the Sorbet account.

I request an explanation of how the final credited amount was calculated, with a breakdown of fees, exchange rates if applicable, and other deductions applied. Thank you.
